Shown below is the entire mound that potentially hides that entire expanse of Nalanda University. A road in North- South direction on the western side will give the complete glimpse of the Remains of Nalanda University, which is missing in present setup. A bird’s eye view of the complete mound of ancient Nalanda University before visiting the excavated remains of Nalanda will help visitor understand and appreciate the heritage of Nalanda.
